Booking Policy

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy Hot Body By Nikki LLC requests that you please call / text within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment if you are unable to make your body sculpting session. All appointments missed without notifying Hot Body By Nikki LLC ahead of time may be subject to a $50 missed appointment or no show fee. If prior notification is given as requested, your appointment will be able to be rescheduled or made up without a fee. I am always glad to reschedule an appointment as I do understand that unexpected conflicts do come up. Please call and I will do my best to get you in at the most convenient time for you. If I am more than 15 minutes late for an appointment without calling / texting, Hot Body By Nikki LLC may not guarantee I will be seen. If I am unable to fit you into the schedule you will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee. All “no shows” will be charged a $50 no show fee or you will lose your $50 booking fee. Once paid you are able to reschedule an appointment or if an appointment is already scheduled (ie: package purchase) you will be charged the no show fee at that time of service. Refund Policy I understand that as a recipient of services, I, the undersigned, am responsible for all charges , regardless of my circumstances. I agree that the determination of the professional services to be rendered by the facility and the fees to compensate for these services are matters which concern me and Hot Body by Nikki LLC. I understand that I have the primary duty and obligation to pay for these services provided, notwithstanding any contract I may have with any third party payer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! By purchasing a service or product, the client acknowledges that he/she knows and understands what they are purchasing and agrees all sales are final. If at any time, I choose to put my services on hold I may do so as long as it is utilized within 180 days of your last appointment. Once sessions are started there are no refunds provided. You may use the remaining sessions for up to 180 days. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE TERMS OF MY AGREEMENT AND I AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS.
