A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. The deposit amount varies from $25 for a basic service to $200 for 8+ treatments of EMS. Remaining balance MAY be paid in full at visit.

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. You may Reschedule an appointment ONE TIME. NO CALL, NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN NO FUTURE BOOKINGS AND THE BALANCE OWED WILL BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN BOOKED.

If you are 15 minutes LATE your appointment WILL be CANCELED, and you will have to go through the booking process again.
